Please note that Stagers are paid, like any other service professional, at the time of service. Payments are not contingent on the sale of the home.

Service page:

Initial Consultation & Proposal: (where you can take notes and implement my suggestions on your own). Price: $100.00

(Note: $50.00 from the consultation fee will be put toward the price of a partial or full staging service if you opt for those services).

Partial Day of Staging: This usually encompasses small changes throughout the house or addressing one particular room. Price: $450.00

Full Staging of home and/or property for open house viewings and general walk-through buyers: We will address your entire home and curb appeal. We will work for two full days (2 days prior to an open house weekend is ideal) to implement all changes. $1200.00

Rental Furniture plan for empty houses: I will work with the furniture rental company to have your home staged to sell. You will be responsible for the payment of the furniture rental, the price for a full day of staging and my personal shopping fee (hourly).

Personal Shopping: If you do not have the time, or you simply prefer that I make the design choices, I am happy to shop for your identified necessary items and charge you a fee for my shopping services.  $70.00 per hour

Interior Design: Partial or full-scale interior design work available: from mansions to dorm-rooms. (Hourly rate for all services included in the interior design—you do not pay a separate fee for my shopping time). $120.00 per hour

Display Work: I am available for retail window display work and interior display concept and design. $120.00 per hour.
